Event Highlights
Exclusive Meeting Space
Presenting companies are provided a private, dedicated meeting space with a skirted round table, 4–5 chairs, and a meeting area sign. Setup begins between 8:30am and 9:00am, with investors arriving shortly after to check in, receive their group number, an Investor Booklet, and a name badge—all while enjoying a hot buffet breakfast before setting sail.
VIP Meetings & Networking
Throughout the day, companies participate in 14 scheduled 20-minute meetings with 3-4 investors per slot, connecting with accredited investors and investment advisors for a total of 42-56 focused interactions. Networking is enhanced with a private chartered boat experience, breathtaking views, and two coffee breaks along with a buffet lunch.

In addition to meaningful meetings, presenting companies gain a profile in the Investor Booklet and enjoy all-inclusive food and beverages.
